Our assessments are based on combination of a psychometric (PAPI3®; Hogan®; MBTI®; DISC®), in-tray, coaching and HRCatalyst® Diagnostic Session.
Along with the above mentioned and specifically developed assessment simulations, we also use several certified observers and techniques to make evaluations about behavior. These evaluations are then pooled in a meeting among the assessors or by a statistical integration process.
