Standardized evaluation of behavior based on multiple inputs- combination of a psychometric (PAPI3®; Hogan®; MBTI®; DISC®), in-tray, coaching and HRCatalyst® Diagnostic Session. Several certified observers and techniques are used. Observations and Evaluations about behaviour are made, in major part, from specifically developed assessment simulations. These evaluations are pooled in a meeting among the assessors or by a statistical integration process.
